4 keys ideas to keep your downline stay longer
Salam sejahtera,
Some ideas yang di ceduk dari artikel yang saya baca baru-baru ini.... (sorry still don't get a chance to upload all the photos during SST Smart Start Training tempohari ....... )
4 Key ideas that can make a measurable impact in how long your people stay :
1. Get them business cards. For some reason, downline with business cards stay an average of 90 days longer than people without business cards. I believe that it creates a stronger mental identity in the business, and will keep them struggling through the obstacles a little longer.
2. Get them training. The biggest fear that a new distributor has is "who do I talk to, what do I say and what do I do if they say 'yes'?" Training helps create new mental images and new mental dialogues in the rookie distributor. This creates new belief systems like "yes, I can do this" which are critically essential to retention.
3. Get them to a big event. This is the magic secret. If I had more carrot juice I might be able to expand on this one.
4. Get them a check. It doesn't have to be huge. A check keeps a new person in 6-8 months longer than if they didn't get one. It's proof. Proof changes belief systems. This is huge. How many of your personally sponsored people from last month made a check this month? If you aren't sponsoring new people every month, are you really in business?
OK... I will be back with all the training stories during our SST Smart Start Training recently.
Wishing You a Million Dollar,
